Trust us, it's by improving your mental skills that you will unlock and play to your full potential. Whether your current goal is to break 100 or shoot 10 under (or anything in-between) with a great mindset and strong mentality you can do it - without changing your golf swing.
That's our mission — to give you the mental skills required to strengthen your mind, so you can simply head out there and let great golf come your way.
But our goal is not just about lowering your handicap, it’s also about getting you to enjoy the game more. We believe that when you’re centered, you’re not just making better swings and playing better golf; you’re having a better time out there, too.

We’re Kate, James, Doc, and Paolo—passionate golfers who turned our love for the game and mental wellbeing into Centered Golf. We've faced golf's ups and downs — wrist injuries, the yips, and more — but those challenges led us to master our mental games and rediscover a healthier, more centered approach to golf.
Centered Golf was born to help you enjoy the game and play better by improving your mindset. With Kate, James, and Doc’s combined experience as sports psychologists, and Paolo’s tech expertise, we’ve created the Centered app — your personal mental coach, designed to help you tackle any challenge on the course.
